The data controller is the website publisher named in the legal notice, reachable at contact@cloakway.com.
The website has no user accounts, forms or newsletter. The only data processed is what your browser sends technically during your visit (IP address, browser type, pages requested). It is kept in server logs to keep the website secure and running properly.
When you click a link to a VPN provider's website, the site records the date of the click and the page you came from, without your IP address or any other data that could identify you.
Server logs are deleted no later than twelve months after they are recorded. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
The website sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. Videos are embedded through Google's youtube-nocookie.com domain: no data is sent to Google until you start a video. Once you start it, Google's privacy policy applies.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). No data is sold or passed on to any other third party.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what data we hold about you, to get a copy, and to have it corrected or deleted. Write to contact@cloakway.com and we will answer within 30 days. Visitors from the European Union also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to object and to file a complaint with their data protection authority.
